Investigating Claims Against Monsanto for Herbicide Roundup

Stueve Siegel Hanson is investigating claims against Monsanto arising from its sale of the herbicide Roundup.

Monsanto claims that Roundup is safe.  However, numerous studies have found statistically significant links between Roundup and a variety of serious health issues, including cancer. Even Monsanto’s own studies on Roundup and its active ingredient, glyphosate, have shown that Roundup is not as safe as Monsanto claims. By marketing Roundup as safe, Monsanto may have violated Missouri law prohibiting the sale or advertising of any merchandise through false, deceptive or unfair means.
