T-Mobile Employee Data Breach Lawsuit

On September 21, 2023 reports surfaced that in March of 2023 hackers accessed T-Mobile’s internal servers and exfiltrated data including employees’ names and at least partial Social Security Numbers. According to these reports, the stolen data is already being distributed by the hackers.
