FormFactor Data Breach Lawsuit Investigation
On July 17, 2020, FormFactor, Inc., a California-based provider of test and measurement solutions, announced it was the victim of a data breach whereby an unauthorized third party gained access to its systems and exfiltrated highly-sensitive employee information.
While an investigation into the breach is ongoing, the compromised information may include current or historic communications, contact details such as names, addresses, and dates of birth, as well as Human Resources (HR) information including compensation, Social Security Numbers, and other highly-sensitive personal and financial information.
