American Family Insurance Data Breach Lawsuit

Stueve Siegel Hanson, a national leader in data breach and privacy cases, is investigating potential claims against American Family Insurance (“AmFam”) resulting from a data breach involving American Family Insurance.

On October 21, 2023 American Family Insurance confirmed it suffered a data breach requiring it to take certain systems offline. Since the weekend, AmFam has suffered outages impacting the company’s phone service, connectivity, and online services. The outage also impacted customers’ ability to make payments.  

AmFam provides business and personal insurance coverage options for home, office, automobile, and life.
