Missouri Court Upholds $28M Jury Verdict Against Life Insurer, Remands for Prejudgment Interest Award

In Karr v. Kansas City Life Insurance Company, the Jackson County Circuit Court initially entered a jury's $28,362,830.96 verdict in favor of Karr. However, the lower court declined to award plaintiff David B. Karr prejudgment interest.
