Firm Named Among National Law Journal’s “Elite Trial Lawyers” Finalists
The National Law Journal has selected Stueve Siegel Hanson as a finalist in four practice areas for their 2019 “Elite Trial Lawyers” list. Editors and reporters from ALM and The National Law Journal reviewed more than 300 submissions across more than 20 categories for selection of this year’s finalists.
The publications selected finalists that “demonstrated repeated success in cutting-edge work on behalf of plaintiffs over the last 18 months.” Additionally, those selected “possess a solid track record of client wins over the past three to five years.”
The practice areas Stueve Siegel Hanson is recognized for include:
- Business Torts
- Employment Rights
- Financial Products
- Privacy/Data Breach
Among the firm’s significant matters reviewed during the consideration period was the landmark agricultural settlement with Syngenta, which secured a $1.51 billion (believed to be the largest agricultural settlement in U.S. history) for corn producers and others affected by the seed giant’s release of genetically modified corn seed.
