Legal Aid of Western Missouri Honors Patrick Stueve with Pro Bono Award
Congratulations to our Partner Patrick Stueve who was awarded Legal Aid of Western Missouri's Honorable H. Michael Coburn Community Service Award. He helped spearhead "Legal Connection Military Matters" through the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association Foundation. The program is working to become a front line provider of legal and other support services that Kansas City area veterans, active duty military personnel and their families are able to access.
"I'm honored to receive this award," said Stueve. "Military Matters is consistent with the firm's strong commitment to best serve the community. I would encourage lawyers to get involved. They will find it not only makes them better lawyers but it is deeply rewarding."
The program creates a pro bono referral network for those who do not qualify for Legal Aid assistance or have a need outside of the services offered by Legal Aid. For more information go to www.kcmba.org
