Confidential Settlement in Fraud Case Against IMA, Inc.

SSH has reached a confidential settlement on behalf of Emergency Medical Services in a case brought against IMA of Kansas, an insurance brokerage. The remarkable case alleged that an IMA agent had brokered health insurance coverage for SSH client EMS, but in fact did nothing to procure such coverage. Terms of the settlement are confidential.
