$25.45 Million Settlement in Auto Parts Price-Fixing Case

Stueve Siegel Hanson serves as lead counsel for a nationwide class of purchasers of aftermarket automotive lighting products and secured a settlement with two defendants worth more than $25 million.

On March 22, 2012, the court issued a final judgment approving the settlements of Depo Auto Parts Industrial Co. Ltd., Maxzone Vehicle Lighting Corp., Sabry Lee Inc., and Sabry Lee Ltd. The settlement follows Stueve Siegel's first filing of a price-fixing case in 2008 and provides for substantial cash distributions to hundreds of class members in the United States. The case is proceeding against the remaining defendants, TYC Brother Industrial Co. Ltd., Genera Corp., Eagle Eyes Traffic Industrial Co., and E-Lite Corp.
