Confidential Settlement in Class Action Lawsuit Against NPC International, Inc.

SSH has settled this class action for more than 4,500 NPC pizza delivery drivers who previously submitted their consent to participate in the litigation.  Plaintiffs in the suit alleged that NPC so under-reimbursed delivery drivers for vehicle expenses that NPC violated minimum wage laws.  The terms of the settlement are confidential.
