Law360 Names Lindsay Todd Perkins a Rising Star
Law360 today announced Lindsay Todd Perkins has been selected as a winner for its Rising Stars award in the Cybersecurity & Privacy category. She was chosen from among more than 1,300 applicants. According to Law360, the Rising Star awards recognize “attorneys under 40 whose legal accomplishments transcend their age.”
As a significant member of Stueve Siegel Hanson’s award-winning cybersecurity and data breach practice group, Perkins has worked on many cases involving the largest data breaches in U.S. history.
Among her recent accomplishments include helping obtain final approval to a $3.25 million settlement in a class action by optometrists following a data breach at the National Board of Examiners in Optometry (NBEO), the national testing organization for eye doctors. She is currently protecting consumers in litigation responding to data breaches suffered by Capital One, Marriott, Dominion Dental and Quest Diagnostics.
