The Kansas City Business Journal Profiles Stueve Siegel Hanson's Historic $1.51 Billion Syngenta Settlement
As a part of its "Top Law Firms List" the Kansas City Business Journal recently profiled Stueve Siegel Hanson's historic $1.51 billion settlement of the nationwide class action lawsuit against Syngenta related to its marketing and commercialization of Agrisure Viptera and Agrisure Duracade corn seeds.
Partner Patrick Stueve is quoted telling the publication:
“We recovered a substantial amount for U.S. corn farmers,” he said. “This money will be particularly helpful now, when unfortunately our farmers are really hurting. I really enjoy representing farmers and will continue to do so after this case. I currently have a case on behalf of U.S. dairy farmers.”
