Nisha Naik

Nisha Naik’s practice is focused on deposition preparation as well as document review and production for clients pursuing class action litigation.

Nisha started her professional career as a legal services attorney in Kansas City, where she represented low-income and elderly clients who were victims of predatory lending and consumer fraud. Nisha is committed to helping individuals hold corporations accountable for wrongdoing. She has also represented domestic violence victims in order of protection hearings and other matters.

Before joining Stueve Siegel Hanson, Nisha also worked as a legal recruiter, ran her own legal recruiting business, and drafted contracts and real estate deeds as a solo practitioner.
