Overview
Stephen Ahal represents commercial plaintiffs and individuals in a wide array of high-stakes complex litigation.
He applies his experience working for the Federal Reserve, in the federal court, at an AmLaw 100 firm, and now, at Stueve Siegel Hanson to passionately advocate on behalf of his clients and deliver the best possible results.
Before joining the firm, Stephen clerked for the Honorable Stephen R. Bough at the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri. During his two-year clerkship, Stephen honed his writing skills on complex legal matters and was able to observe effective litigation strategies. He then served as an associate for AmLaw 100 firm Husch Blackwell, where he worked on a variety of commercial litigation disputes.
Stephen also worked for the Federal Reserve, following an interest in banking prior to attending law school. He credits this time with teaching him the importance of precision and perfection in his work product. However, he found that what he truly enjoyed was advocating for others and made the decision to pursue a career in law.
Outside of his practice, Stephen enjoys being outdoors, playing sand volleyball, and spending quality time with his wife, daughter and his Great Pyrenees Poodle.
