SSH Investigates Motorola Customer Warranties
Stueve Siegel Hanson is conducting an investigation into whether Motorola is supporting its customer warranties on its Moto G, X and 360 products.
For the last several months, customers have been reporting difficulties gaining a replacement for the Moto handset. The company’s standard warranty covers a device for the first year of its use. However, Motorola has refused to replace eligible devices under warranty claiming that no replacement units are in stock. Motorola has also refused to compensate owners of eligible devices that could not be replaced.
